The Business Challenge can be structured in many ways to best suit the organisation, learning objectives or event.
There are usually 4 – 6 periods of play per round, which can be spread out from two days to up to three months.
Our typical graduate or talent development groups schedule one decision a week, over six weeks. This allows people plenty of time to get up to speed with the information and time to schedule a team meeting for their decision making.
It is possible to include additional rounds, including semi-finals & finals to provide a more competitive edge to the competition.
After each decision is made, a period of one hour (or more if required) is available for alternative activities. This can make the Business Challenge an ideal exercise for part of a conference or management development programme.
